Repairs and Warranty
Please refer to the product warranty terms & conditions and submit the attached form for any repairs or warranty claims that you may have.
Once your form has been submitted a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the return of your goods.
WARRANTY:
You can return faulty goods within the warranty period for repair or replacement inline with our terms & conditions.
If goods have been installed, the fixture must be returned to our warehouse and tested to confirm fault. All products must have been installed by a licensed tradesperson, if fixtures are found to have been incorrectly installed or mishandled, warranty may become void.
In the case where externally supplied drivers or control gear have been used, we may require proof of compatible control gear and installation.
Options for warranty
- The fixture can be brought into our warehouse for testing and repair/replacement at no charge.
- A deposit can be paid for a replacement fixture sent to the project address, once the faulty fixture has then been removed and replaced, the faulty item can be sent back to our warehouse for testing. Once it has been confirmed faulty, a refund will be promptly issued in full.
A pre-paid postage bag will be enclosed for the returns.
REPAIRS:
For failed fixtures outside of the warranty period or not liable for a warranty, a quote will be provided for the repair or replacement for client approval.
To ensure that we can get provide an accurate timeline and provisional cost for any repairs, please provide a detailed description of the fault experienced. We encourage photos and videos to be provided.
- Please send the fitting to our warehouse for repair.
Additional Notes:
Please note, as per our terms and conditions, we do not remove or re-install any fittings.
All items being returned for repairs should be clean and free of debris, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
If you would like the goods to be delivered, delivery charges may apply.
We reserve the right to dispose of any fittings that are left at our factory for over 3 months from the date of notification of completed repair.
