Repairs and Warranty

Please submit the attached form for any repairs or warranty claims that you may have.

Once your form has been submitted a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the return of your goods.

To ensure that we can get provide an accurate provisional cost for any Repairs please provide a detailed description of your repair or warranty claim. We encourage photos and videos to be provided.

Please note, as per our terms and conditions, we do not remove or re-install any fittings.

All items being returned for repairs should be clean and free of debris, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

If you would like the goods to be delivered, delivery charges will apply.

We reserve the right to dispose of any fittings that are left at our factory for over 3 months from the date of notification of completed repair.
