Returns
Returns can be processed at our premises at 726 Pittwater Road. Please keep in mind proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If a product has not been installed and is in its original condition it will be eligible for a refund or store credit at TOVO’s discretion. A restocking fee may be applied. If a product is not in its original condition TOVO has the discretion to refuse a refund.
Should your fittings be faulty or damaged please notify us within 7 days of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible after such a defect becomes evident and in accordance with our warranty. We hold the right to inspect all faulty goods to ensure that the cause of the defect is a problem with the goods and not caused externally. If your goods are deemed faulty, in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“Act”), you will be entitled to an exchange or repair unless the fault is major in which you will then be offered a refund or replacement. Examples of major failure are when the product:
• has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the description of the product; or
• doesn’t do what we said it would do,
Please keep in mind you may be required to pay freight if you require a delivery for an exchange, replacement or repair.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind returns however you may be entitled to a store credit.
