Mirage’s are a custom made product that require the below cut sheet to be filled out and submitted TOVO Lighting.

Once a cut sheet is received we will provide a finalized invoice that must be paid in full prior to the order being put into production. After payment is received you will receive a confirmation form back with an estimated completion date. If we have any indication your order will not meet the estimated completion date, we will let you know.

Lead time is a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks.
Our dispatch team will be in contact with you as soon as your order is ready for collection or delivery.

Standard Finish: Mannex White.
If you require a custom powder coat finish please discuss this with your representative.

Maximum length: 6500mm
Lengths over 6500mm will be provided as two separate lengths that will need to be joined on site. Please notify the TOVO representative on your project if this is the case.

Important Note:
Mirage’s are custom products that are non-refundable. Once this form is submitted and returned with an estimated completion date we do not accept cancellations or amendments. Any amendments will require a new fitting to be purchased.
