Horizon’s are a custom made product that require the below cut sheet to be filled out and submitted TOVO Lighting.

Once a cut sheet is received we will provide a finalized invoice that must be paid in full prior to the order being put into production. After payment is received you will receive a confirmation form back with an estimated completion date. If we have any indication your order will not meet the estimated completion date, we will let you know.

Lead time is a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks.
Our dispatch team will be in contact with you as soon as your order is ready for collection or delivery.

Lengths over 6500mm will be provided as two separate lengths that will need to be joined on site. Please notify the TOVO representative on your project if this is the case.

Please note there are 3mm end caps on each side of the fitting. This will be included in the overall length provided.

Mitre cuts can be performed upon request, please note that additional charges will apply. When completing the form, kindly specify the dimensions as the outermost or largest dimensions of the mitre cut required, and indicate "Yes" for the mitre cut requirement.

For adequate ventilation in bathrooms, local codes typically specify air changes per hour (ACH) requirements based on the bathroom's use. For a toilet-only bathroom, aim for 6 to 15 ACH. In bathrooms with a shower, the requirement is higher, between 15 and 25 ACH. The rectangular duct cutout we provide on the extrusion body measures 200mm x 60mm. We suggest that the maximum airflow, while minimizing noise, is approximately 350 air changes per hour (ACH) per duct cutout. This is a general estimate; actual performance may vary depending on installation specifics and other factors. For precise calculations and to ensure optimal ventilation performance, consulting with a ventilation professional is recommended before finalizing duct requirements.

Horizons are custom products that are non-refundable. Once this form is submitted and returned with an estimated completion date we do not accept cancellations or amendments. Any amendments will require a new fitting to be purchased.
